Marketing, Business Branding, Coach, Author, Beach Lover & Espresso Fanatic!
My name is Francine Schill. Most days you will find me involved in multiple projects and drinking espresso. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE espresso. I am known for Building Brands, marketing, creative concepts, business branding, web design & development, consulting, growing new businesses from startups and Coaching entrepreneurs to start their own business and my love of travel and the beach! When I am not busy working I love to try ( I am working on this one) to work out daily. I love meeting new people, seeing new sights and learning new things. I love random trips at the spur of the moment and I love how you can literally work from anywhere if you have the drive the passion and the discipline. My passion for helping others realize their dream is something that never stops. I love to laugh and I am a very positive person and I love to bring my passion to others to help them achieve their goals and have a cup of coffee and good conversation. What do you love to do? What are you passionate about?
I was a stay at home mom with two children and lots of dreams. Working from home I created my business and ran it successfully! Who would have thought I could do it.
I worked in the multi-billion dollar industry with Fortune 500 companies to oversee brand development and create opportunities in possible micro-branding in the NASCAR and INDY Series. Identified, recruited and retained new business partnerships that generated enhanced marketing and sales revenues, resulting in greater (“ROI”) for clients and collaborating partners.
I was the founder of G&G Motorsports Marketing, the first women-owned Motorsports Marketing company on the east coast that I have successfully managed for many years. I specifically structured my company to harness the power of Motorsports most popular image to build brand and corporate awareness across the nation.
I have a BS in Marketing and Business Management and an extensive background in marketing and branding. At the same time I was blessed to become a columnist for Women’s Entrepreneur and had my own column, “Successful Girl” and I am a published author of my own book “Successful Girl The Entrepreneurs handbook” that walks a new business owner step by step on how to grow a new business digitally.
When I was running G&G Marketing the first woman-owned Motorsports Marketing firm on the east coast, I would get many questions on how did I set up my business. One Marketing manager asked me what phone system did I use, it sounded much better than his and he has spent a few thousand dollars getting it up and running. When I told him how much I spend, he was shocked. I would always share with everyone how I did what I did and encouraged them, “I did it all on a budget and you can too!” I was told over and over I should write a book about how I did it, and so I did. I wanted something that was precise with simple steps and the information I needed.
Many years ago when I was first interested in starting my own business I read so many books that were well over 200 pages that really told me nothing, it was very frustrating. So with trial and errors, many errors, I got it down to a science and now I am here to share it with you! All the trial and error, the mistakes, the highs and lows, but they were all worth it!
I am excited for you to take this new journey with me at Successful Girl. Here is where we network, create and build our dream business, our passion – whatever it may be!
Since I was a young girl, I’ve always had a love for everything beach related. I spend a little time each day working to help conserve the ocean, the beach and our sea life. There’s a lot of happiness for me in this type of life. I knew I wanted to show my love of the beach, my love of ocean conservation and show the good and positive in life and people. Ocean conservation is near and dear to my heart. Ever since I was a little girl, Jacques Cousteau has been my hero and as a child taught me so many things. Jacques-Yves Cousteau was a French naval officer, explorer, conservationist, filmmaker, innovator, scientist, photographer, author and researcher who studied the sea and all forms of life in water. I hope while you are enjoying the beaches that you will take the time to protect them and the sea creatures that call it home. I am the founder of “No Green Without Blue” , which focuses on ocean conservation which I am very passionate about and love!
If It Goes Fast…
I ‘m the founder of G&G Motorsports Marketing, the first women-owned Motorsports Marketing company on the east coast that I have successfully managed for many years. I specifically structured my company to harness the power of Motorsports most popular image to build brand and corporate awareness across the nation. My company focused on guiding corporate brands through the process of brand management, public relations and collateral development. At the same time I was blessed to become a columnist for Women’s Entrepreneur and had my own column, “Successful Girl” as well as a published author of my own book that walks a new business owner step by step on how to grow a new business digitally.
It was wonderful and I learned so much from our Editor Eve Gumpel, ah but alas they stopped that division of the magazine, but I learned so much from writing that column and I am so grateful that I was offered the opportunity to do so.
